Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) recently announced that American Airlines will begin a daily air service starting June 7th with flights to and from Charlotte Douglas (CLT) and Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airports with bookings opening on January 22nd.
What does this mean for South Walton? Easier national and international travel for local passengers, and easier travel to Edgewater Beach for visitors. Less than 30 miles from Edgewater Beach, ECP is the perfect landing and departure point for visitors to the South Walton area. Passengers may begin booking American Airlines flights to and from ECP beginning Monday, January 22, by visiting the airline’s website at American Airlines.
