Edgewater Beach #1600

Welcome to condo 1600. This condo was freshly painted and updated with new furnishings in the winter of 2020. Gorgeous ceramic tile was laid throughout the condo in 2019. The master has a new bedroom suite with a king bed, large flat screen television, ceiling fan, and the bathroom was recently renovated to include a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks, the lower bunk is a double and the upper is a twin, a large flat screen television, DVD and VHS combo. The bath has a shower/bath combo and a hairdryer. The living room has a new gray sofa/sleeper, comfortable chairs and a large flat screen tv mounted on the wall.

The dining room has a gorgeous glass table with seating for six. The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is in the updated kitchen. The balcony has a beautiful high-top table and chairs with a phenomenal view that will not disappoint.

The washer and dryer are full size and Hi-Efficiency. You also get free WiFi. Snowbirds must rent January and February in order to stay for half the month of March.
