The panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from any position in the open kitchen/living area; as well as taken in while lounging in the king suite. Spend your mornings welcoming the sunrise on the large balcony and your evenings enjoying the gulf breeze.

This unit is fully equipped to make you feel at home. All furnishings are high quality with large Smart flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with all the kitchen essentials; perfect for a short or long stay.

The bedrooms are super cozy with plush new mattresses and pillows with fresh linens and coverlets for every visitor. The king-bed master suite has separate balcony access.

Edgewater's property offers a fitness center, two large pools (upper pool is heated during the winter), there are community gas grills downstairs near the basketball goal, and the children’s play area. 1 Umbrella and 2 Chairs are included with rental during peak seasons.
