There is a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor to ceiling sliding glass door and windows which lead to the spacious balcony. The balcony has a high-top table and chairs for outdoor dining or just to relax and enjoy the view.

The kitchen has custom cherry cabinets and stainless appliances. There is large flat screen television in the living room and flat screen tv’s in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view with balcony access. It also has floor to ceiling draperies for privacy and a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as a twin. The second bathroom has a tub shower combination and a single sink vanity. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer. This condo also has a sleeper sofa, a safe and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

This condo comes with a complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs with your rental (March thru October). There is also on-site assistance during business hours in the unlikely event it is needed. Please check the amenities section on the website for a complete list.
