Each of our condominium units are owned by different individuals, so each owner has decorated their unit to reflect their personal preferences, making their condoa home. Each condominium comes with a fully furnished kitchen, a full-sized bathroom for every bedroom, and a gulf front balcony that’s accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The Edgewater offers our guests an abundance of amenities for both children and adults. In our aquatic center, you’ll discover two large outdoor pools, a shallow children’s splash pool and a hot tub. One of the two pools is heated during the cooler months so that our guests can go for a swim year round. Our main pool includes a refreshing waterfall and pool-side Tiki bar and grill, operated by Destin’s famous Buster’s Restaurant.
Other amenities include a putting green, basketball half-court, shuffleboard court, children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness area surrounded by 8 flat screen televisions, sauna, gas grills, multi-purpose meeting room with kitchen facilities, and plenty of covered, indoor parking. We offer our guests complimentary high speed wireless internet access throughout the property. So you will be able to access the internet whether you’re relaxing on your sofa or enjoying the sound of breaking waves on the beach.
When staying in your Edgewater Beach Condominium, all of our guests enjoy complimentary beach service set up every morning by our beach staff during the fall, summer and spring months. Each unit is provided two chairs and an umbrella with an unimpeded view of the gulf waters.
