Edgewater Beach #0703

Welcome to Condo 703, located on the 7th floor of the Edgewater property. This condo has been newly remodeled in 2012. It has new kitchen cabinets, Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and Keurig and regular coffeemaker provided. There is tile throughout the condo with area rugs.

The condo has a 55 inch TV in Living Room as well as 2 large flat screen televisions and 3 DVD players. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and in the guest bedroom there is a queen and the chair turns into a twin size bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper.

Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. There are hairdryers in both bathrooms and the master bathroom it has a new walk-in shower. The balcony has pub height table and chairs so you can get a better unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and the pools.
