Rates do not include 11% sales tax and a $27.75 nonrefundable booking fee and a $55.50 nonrefundable damage waiver. All rates and taxes are subject to change.
No refunds for early departures or inclement weather, unless a mandatory evacuation is issued by Walton County Emergency Management Services. In the event of
a mandatory evacuation, your rent reverts to the daily rate, plus tax for the nights of your stay. If the stay becomes less than 3 nights, a short stay fee
would apply.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION must be made no later than 90 days prior to check-in for short-term reservations (less than one month), and no later than 120
days prior to check-in for monthly reservations in order to qualify for deposit refund, minus a cancellation fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and may not be guaranteed ready at check-in. Late arrivals will be admitted to the unit by on-site security.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Guests not vacating the unit by 10:00 a.m. will be billed half of the daily rate.
ON-LINE RESERVATIONS will be confirmed by telephone from our reservation office within 48 hours. If we are unable to reach you the reservation will be
cancelled and a credit made to your credit card in the amount of your deposit minus the nonrefundable booking fee. Units will not be held beyond 48 hours
for unconfirmed on-line reservations.
RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE for a Friday to Friday - Saturday to Saturday - or Sunday to Sunday stay in the Summer Season and Summer Prime Season.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT per rate schedule is required and must be received at time of booking. Deposit automatically applies to your rent at check-in.
DAMAGE: A credit card must be presented at time of check-in and will be charged to cover the costs for any damages, missing items or charges left unpaid by
guests. Guest liability is for all damage and is not limited to the amount of the damage waiver.
DEPOSITS are placed in an interest bearing account with interest payable to the Edgewater Beach Owners' Association, Inc.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD is three days. Based on availability, a stay of less than the minimum may be arranged. A short-stay fee will be in effect and quoted
at the time the reservation is made.
VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER are accepted by Edgewater for deposit guarantee as well as payment.
FAMILY RENTAL ONLY. Reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles (under age 25) unaccompanied by a parent. Reservations obtained under
false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and the party will not be permitted to register. This policy is strictly enforced.
PAYMENT OF RENTALS is payable in full in advance or on day of check-in. Payments may be made by cash, Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders,
VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Long term rentals are subject to additional terms.
A $50.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS per unit is limited to 4 persons in 1 BR, 6 persons in 2 BR, and 8 persons in 3 BR.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED in rental units.
NO GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLING ALLOWED ON BALCONIES. Electric grills are permitted. Gas grills are available outside the Riviera Room.
TELEPHONE SERVICE is provided. Local calls $1.17. Long distance access calls and 800 numbers are 56ยข. Long distance calls are $.23 per minute.
COMPLETE LINEN & AMPLE TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Beach towels are not included and towels are not allowed out of units.
CLEANING SERVICE is included in rates and is provided upon departure for short-term stays and monthly on all long-term stays.
MONTHLY RATES apply only from the 1st calendar day of the month.
